Frequently Asked Questions
Find clear answers regarding reserving a puppy, health testing, flight nanny delivery, and pug care.
How do I reserve a puppy?
You can start by submitting an inquiry directly on our website or calling us at +1 (925) 385-9475. Once approved, a deposit secures your chosen puppy. The remaining balance is handled upon in-person pickup or flight nanny arrival.
At what age can my pug puppy come home?
Our puppies are ready for their new homes at 8 weeks of age. This ensures they have completed their first core vaccinations, thorough vet examination, microchipping, and critical maternal socialization.
How does nationwide delivery work?
We never ship our puppies in airplane cargo. We use a professional Flight Nanny service who holds your puppy in-cabin, provides potty breaks, food/water, and hand-delivers your baby to your nearest major airport terminal.
What health documentation comes with my puppy?
Each puppy comes with a certified veterinary health inspection form, complete vaccination/deworming records, ISO microchip registration document, and our signed 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee contract.
Are pugs good with children and other pets?
Yes! Pugs are renowned for being one of the most gentle, tolerant, and affectionate breeds. Because ours are raised inside our home around children and other household animals, they transition seamlessly into active homes.
What food do you feed your puppies?
Our puppies are weaned onto super-premium small-breed puppy kibble. We send a transition supply in your puppy starter pack so you can continue feeding or gently transition to your preferred brand without tummy upset.
