1-Year Comprehensive Genetic Coverage
Royal Pugs Kennels guarantees that your puppy is free from life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects for a period of one (1) full year from the puppy’s date of birth. This includes congenital conditions involving the heart, kidneys, liver, or genetic neurological issues.
Buyer’s 72-Hour Veterinary Examination
To activate this guarantee, the buyer must take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of transfer for a general baseline check. If the vet finds a major life-threatening defect, written documentation will qualify for full puppy exchange.
Coverage Terms & Provisions
- Parent Cleared: All parent dogs are tested and cleared for PDE (Pug Dog Encephalitis) and PKDef to eliminate inherited susceptibility.
- Parasite Free: All puppies receive multiple scheduled preventative dewormings and negative stool exams before departure.
- Vaccination Record: We supply a certified veterinary booklet outlining administered immunizations and date reminders for future booster shots.
- Exclusions: Minor treatable conditions common in puppies (such as temporary travel stress hypoglycemia, loose stool due to diet change, or dry nose) are not genetic defects and are not covered.
